Michael J. Gilligan is one of the senior attorneys at Wright Finlay & Zak. He has over 40 years’ experience in the title, escrow, and foreclosure industries, starting in 1970 as a title examiner, title officer, Chief Title Officer, Title Underwriter, claims attorney and in-house litigation attorney. Mr. Gilligan has been a litigation attorney since 1987, focusing on real estate, title, escrow, foreclosures and bankruptcies, and was the managing attorney for the Southern California litigation department of Fidelity National Law Group. His goal in litigation has always been to obtain a prompt, equitable resolution of the case for the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Gilligan has been a member of the CLTA Legislative Committee, and a past board member of the California Trustee’s Association (now the UTA). He was also a member of the board of directors for the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce for a number of years.
