Olivier J. Labarre was admitted to the California Bar in 2009 and has been with Wright, Finlay & Zak since 2014, after beginning his career at a firm specializing in title insurance litigation. Mr. Labarre focuses primarily on mortgage banking litigation, with an emphasis on title matters, including quiet title, lien priority disputes, equitable subrogation, and fraud and forgery litigation. Mr. Labarre’s practice also includes loan servicer and trustee defense in State and Federal Courts challenging various aspects of foreclosure, litigation under the ADA, insurance issues, adversary proceedings and eviction matters. Mr. Labarre both prosecutes and defends actions from the initial stages of litigation through trial and appeal. Mr. Labarre is admitted in all District Courts of the State of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
