Robert A. Olson was admitted to the California Bar in 2007 and has been with Wright, Finlay & Zak since 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Olson held a variety of roles, including working at a large international law firm, as in-house counsel with a hotel developer, and as a sole practitioner. Mr. Olson’s practice focuses on transactional law, specifically real estate and general business matters, including both buyer and seller side of purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, commercial development, and construction, representing both lenders and borrowers on acquisition, construction and permanent loans and refinances, equity raises, joint ventures, retail, office and industrial leasing, title and survey analysis, drafting land use documents, drafting operating agreements, assisting with corporate formation, and drafting all manner of contracts.

In 2024, Mr. Olson was admitted to practice in Colorado.
