Education: B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in 1980 from University of Pennsylvania;  J.D. from Boston University Law School in 1983.

Member: Mr. Fink is a member of the California State Bar and has been a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Federal Courts Committee and Provisional Remedies Section, and California State Bar Federal Courts Committee, and has served as a Temporary Judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court system.

Practice Areas: Mr. Fink specializes in bank and finance, commercial, employment and real estate litigation and appeals.  Mr. Fink has also extensively practiced in alternative dispute resolution forums.
