and state laws and regulations governing mortgage loan
origination and servicing, including the Federal
Truth-in-Lending Act and Regulation Z; the Federal Home Mortgage
Disclosure Act and Regulation C; the Federal Real Estate
Settlement Procedures Act and Regulation X; the Federal Equal
Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B; the Federal

Julia
Leah Greenfield, a mortgage banking and regulatory compliance
