We have represented both tenants and landlords in single-tenant and multi-tenant office buildings, shopping centers and other retail properties, mixed-use projects, hotels, warehouses, research and development facilities, industrial buildings, and manufacturing properties. We have extensive experience with ground leases and the acquisition, disposition (including by subleasing) and financing of large portfolios of leasehold interests. Our retail leasing experience includes site acquisition, space leases and dispute resolution. We have also represented major corporations regarding their regional real estate requirements.
