An important part of our practice has been the representation of institutional lenders, loan servicers and foreclosure trustees. Recently, WFZ was involved in the Mabry v. Superior Court of Orange County decision, filing amicus briefs for the United Trustee's Association and California Mortgage Association and arguing at oral argument on their behalf.
