Annabelle de la Mora, Esq. is a former partner of Pfeifer & De La Mora, LLP, and has over 30 years of complex civil litigation experience in the areas of business disputes, real estate and mortgage banking involving lender liability defense, wrongful foreclosure, loan fraud recovery, loan repurchase and servicing disputes, loss mitigation, and loan modification disputes. In addition, Ms. de la Mora has extensive experience in litigating matters involving escrow liability, creditor remedies, debt collection and creditor bankruptcy litigation.

Ms. de la Mora was previously an Assistant Vice-President and in-house counsel at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and worked in its litigation department. She also has extensive experience in working as outside litigation counsel for title insurance companies and their lender insureds. In that capacity, she has handled a wide variety of title insurance issues and claims, including but not limited to lien validity and priority disputes, title challenges, curative title matters, coverage disputes, equitable subrogation, insurer recoupment matters, claims investigations, and insurer bad faith. In addition to representing title insurance companies, Ms. de la Mora has represented a wide variety of financial institutions, including nationally known banks, mortgage bankers, and loan servicers.

Ms. de la Mora has been a member of the American Bar Association, Real Estate Section of the California State Bar, Los Angeles County Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association.
