Phuong Anh Luu is a licensed attorney in the State of California. Ms. Luu graduated from Chapman University School of Law in May 2019. Prior to joining Wright, Finlay & Zak, Ms. Luu was a law clerk at the Law Offices of the Riverside Public Defender where she defended indigent clients charged with misdemeanors. Ms. Luu had the opportunity to second-chair a misdemeanor trial with 290 consequences and obtained a not-guilty verdict. Ms. Luu is fluent in Vietnamese and is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California, and Thurgood Marshall Bar Association.
