Rock K. Jung earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was on the Dean’s List. Mr. Jung eventually relocated to San Diego and graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he was an Honor Roll student and gained valuable legal experience in both civil and criminal motion work and oral arguments due to his internships with the San Diego Employee Rights Center, a solo practitioner, and San Diego Alternate Public Defender.

Mr. Jung was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2008. Prior to joining Wright Finlay & Zak in 2015, he was associated with a regional mortgage default firm practicing in the areas of real estate litigation, non-judicial default, bankruptcy, and homeowners association lien law. Mr. Jung successfully defended lenders and real estate investors in commercial litigation and real estate law matters at the state court, federal court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also experienced in the areas of insurance defense and construction defect litigation. Mr. Jung regularly practices in state and federal courts throughout Nevada. Currently, Mr. Jung focuses primarily on mortgage banking and real estate litigation. He is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association.
