Rock K. Jung is a senior associate who has been with Wright Finlay and Zak since 2015. Mr. Jung was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2008. Prior to joining Wright Finlay & Zak, he was associated with a regional insurance defense and general civil litigation firm practicing in the areas of real estate litigation, insurance defense, non-judicial default, bankruptcy, and homeowners association lien law. Mr. Jung is well versed in all areas of litigation and has successfully defended clients in banking, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and real estate law matters at the state court, federal court, Nevada Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also experienced in the areas of premise liability and construction defect litigation. Mr. Jung regularly practices in state and federal courts throughout Nevada. Currently, Mr. Jung focuses primarily on property law and real estate litigation. He is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association.
