Michael concentrates on delivering cost-effective dispute resolution services to national and multi-national businesses to recover financial loss or fend off nuisance suits. By emphasizing extensive due diligence, comprehensive pre-lit planning, and utmost transparency for clients, he has earned the confidence of his clients, along with the respect of judges and peers as a diligent, conscientious and experienced litigator.

As a member of one of the premier regional mortgage banking law firms, Michael’s current practice focuses on real estate title and lease disputes on behalf of servicers and asset managers. He is also experienced in litigating corporate/partnership disputes, shareholder derivative actions and professional negligence claims. His work has earned him recognition as a Mountain States Rising Star in Civil Litigation (2018-2020) and a Legal Elite: Up and Coming Attorneys (2016), and Client’s Choice Award in Bankruptcy (2014). Mr. Li is a fluent speaker in Mandarin Chinese and Shanghainese.

Mr. Li is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, business litigation, and real estate title and lease disputes.
