Linda M. Najarro is a real estate and financial services litigator at Wright, Finlay & Zak. Admitted to the California Bar in 2019, with a Business Law emphasis from Chapman School of Law, she advocates for lenders, servicers, property owners, investors, and landlords across California in a wide array of disputes. Ms. Najarro has successfully litigated hundreds of state court cases, with expertise in consumer finance laws such as HBOR, FCRA, TILA, Rosenthal Act and FDCPA. Grounded by a business background, Ms. Najarro prioritizes early case evaluation to build strategic, cost-effective solutions tailored to her clients’ goals—whether through aggressive litigation or favorable settlement. Throughout every matter, Ms. Najarro ensures clear communication and high-quality advocacy.

When she isn’t practicing law, Linda loves traveling with her husband, Troy, and their two boys. Ms. Najarro is a hobbyist painter and gardener, who rarely misses a great football or hockey game.
