Wright, Finlay & Zak's ("WFZ") Corporate Transactions Division represents business clients, from individuals to large companies, in a wide variety of business related transactional work, including, but not limited to, commercial leases (owner and tenant), purchase and sale agreements, title review, vendor/vendee contracts, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, business contracts, employment contracts, buy-sell agreements and the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. In addition, WFZ's Real Estate Transactional Division assists our clients with all types of real estate transactions, financing and contracts. WFZ's Corporate Transactions Division and Real Estate Division are led by Scott Pollard, who has over 30 years of transactional experience.
