Your Legal Partner for Business, Real Estate and Mortgage Banking for the Western United States

Corporate Formation Division

Wright, Finlay & Zak ("WFZ") is your one-stop shop for the creation and maintenance of your business entity. Our attorneys will counsel you through the various options, including, but not limited to, an "S" Corporation, "C" Corporation, Limited Liability Company ("LLC"), General or Limited Partnership, to determine which entity best suits your individual needs. After choosing the right entity, our attorneys will handle all the paperwork necessary to set up your business, allowing you to focus on running your business.

Once your business entity is set up, WFZ will then help maintain the books and records in proper order such that all corporate formalities are observed. Keeping the corporate books and records current and accurate is very important, as the failure to do so is often the primary cause for exposing oneself to personal liability for corporate affairs. In other words, the distinction between the corporate and personal must be observed, and this is accomplished by proper maintenance of your company's records.

WFZ's Annual Maintenance Package also covers reasonable communications with the client on nominal issues throughout the year. At WFZ, we do not want our clients deterred from picking up the phone when they have a question. We do not separately charge for basic inquiries. Of course, there may be situations at the time of corporate creation and thereafter which will require more substantive legal work on our part. In those instances, we will notify you ahead of time and, with your approval, charge a reasonable hourly fee.

WFZ's Corporate Formation Division provides the guidance every business needs, on an on-going basis, from the very beginning through the company's life cycle. If needed, we can also guide you through the process of dissolving and winding down the company.

Please feel free to contact Nicholas G. Hood to set up a free consultation and discuss how our services can meet your business needs.
