Natalie Subia joined Wright, Finlay, & Zak in 2025 as an associate attorney following her admission to the California State Bar. Ms. Subia graduated from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), with a Tax Concentration, equipping her with a strong understanding of business structures. During law school, she spent her final year researching and writing a comprehensive paper on an overlap between tax and real estate law in fulfillment of her concentration.

Ms. Subia also participated in law review as a Staff Editor for the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice before being promoted to Senior Editor. Additionally, while at UC Law SF, Ms. Subia gained invaluable experience representing low-income clients under supervision before the IRS and FTB, where she had the opportunity to draft petitions to the United States Tax Court and managed a client caseload.

At Wright, Finlay, & Zak, Ms. Subia applies her experience to a practice focused on business and real estate litigation and transactions.
