Originally from Maramures, Romania, Rafael Bultz moved to Seattle, Washington in 2019 to pursue a career in law. He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2023 and the Oregon Bar in 2025. While in law school, Mr. Bultz served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Intellectual Property Law Society while also completing a semester as a Trademark Law Intern with Seattle University’s Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic.

Mr. Bultz has experience practicing in both state and federal court, representing clients in business, commercial, and intellectual property disputes. His practice now focuses on real estate, business, and consumer litigation, with particular emphasis on mortgage banking, lending, and servicing disputes.
