Stephanie A. Garabedian is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Wright Finlay & Zak. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2002, with a degree in Social Welfare, and received her Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Garabedian law-clerked for the Legal Aid Society in New York, New York; an Administrative Judge with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in San Diego; and for Judge Nancy Oesterle of the Las Vegas Justice Court. Ms. Garabedian is a member of the Nevada State Bar.

Ms. Garabedian has handled the defense of numerous class action, general liability, medical malpractice and construction defect cases, from inception through completion, including participating in the defense of a three month construction defect trial. Ms. Garabedian has defended subcontractors and general contractors in construction defect litigation, as well as hospitals and doctors in medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Garabedian defended Defendants in the two largest class actions in Nevada’s history, the In re Kitec and the In re Wirsbo litigation.
