Joseph A. Dragon is an associate attorney in the firm’s Nevada office. Mr. Dragon is a native Nevadan, born and raised in Gardnerville. He left his beloved home state of Nevada to attend law school at the University of Idaho College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2014. During law school, Mr. Dragon worked as an extern for a small firm located in Meridian, Idaho. There, he provided prosecutorial services in addition to working on private business transactional matters. Mr. Dragon has a passion to serve others and was recognized by the University of Idaho for over 300 plus hours of pro bono service.

Following law school, Mr. Dragon was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2015. He then served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Leon Aberasturi in the Third Judicial District Court of Nevada. Following his clerkship, Mr. Dragon worked for a small firm in Carson City, Nevada, focusing on civil litigation before joining Wright Finlay & Zak in 2017. Mr. Dragon has focused primarily on business civil litigation including real estate litigation, business ownership dispute, wrongful foreclosure defense, business tort defense, and similar civil litigation issues. Mr. Dragon is an outdoor enthusiast. During his time away from the Firm, Mr. Dragon enjoys rock climbing, skiing, camping, and fishing.
