Robert A. Olson was admitted to the California Bar in 2007 and has been with Wright, Finlay & Zak since 2014. While in law school, Mr. Olson was a member of the University of Southern California Law Review and SBA. Mr. Olson joined Sidley Austin LLP immediately following law school, where he worked on real estate transactional matters, such as loan origination, title and survey analysis, loan forbearance agreements and loan workouts. Prior to joining Wright, Finlay & Zak, Mr. Olson worked in-house as general counsel for R.D. Olson Development, a hospitality and retail development company based in Newport Beach, California, successfully developing a number of hotel and retail projects in California and Hawaii. Mr. Olson focuses primarily on real estate transactional matters, such as purchase and sale, ground leasing, commercial development, construction loans, equity raises, refinancing, commercial leasing, title and survey analysis, and corporate formation.
