Mark S. Blackman joined Wright, Finlay & Zak’s Nevada office as an Of Counsel attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Blackman was a partner at a California firm with a local Nevada office that handled all types of litigation and compliance matters involving lending laws, creditors’ rights and title disputes from manufactured housing and real estate foreclosures to bankruptcy, unlawful detainer (landlord-tenant) and collection/creditor’s rights matters.

Mr. Blackman currently focuses his practice on business and real estate, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, state creditor’s rights, lending laws and real estate compliance, foreclosures/wrongful foreclosure litigation/foreclosure law compliance, landlord-tenant disputes, manufactured housing, and real estate and manufactured housing title disputes.

Mr. Blackman is admitted to all U.S. District Courts in California and Nevada. He is also a member of the United Trustees Association and California Manufactured Housing Institute. Mr. Blackman frequently speaks to organizations regarding foreclosure related laws, manufactured housing law, real estate law and bankruptcy matters.
