Sarah Greenberg Davis is a native of the East Coast who sought refuge in California in 2005 after practicing in Minnesota for a number of years. Ms. Greenberg Davis graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2001 and joined Wright, Finlay & Zak in January 2015 after working in the trenches of an Am Law 50 law firm for many years. Since joining Wright, Finlay & Zak, Ms. Greenberg Davis’ practice has focused on real estate litigation in all forms, including lender and servicer liability issues, insurance and title disputes. In addition, Ms. Greenberg Davis is readily familiar with compliance issues arising out of reverse mortgage and private mortgage loan programs. Ms. Greenberg Davis regularly practices in state courts throughout California and is a member of all California federal courts.
