Bradley T. Wibicki is a Partner in the Nevada office of Wright, Finlay & Zak. Mr. Wibicki heads up the firm’s Insurance Defense Division, focusing on personal injury, product liability, premise liability, transportation law, and insurance issues. Mr. Wibicki also handles employment law matters on behalf of employers, concentrating on defending claims of discrimination and sexual harassment.

Mr. Wibicki is well versed in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution having resolved countless complex matters for his clients by way of judicial settlement conference and private mediation. In those matters that could not be resolved short of Arbitration/Trial, Mr. Wibicki possesses an impressive track record, having achieved a defense verdict in a majority of these instances.

Mr. Wibicki is a member of the Illinois and Nevada bar. He was named as one of the top 150 lawyers in Southern Nevada in 2015 by Nevada Business Journal and Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2014 and 2015. Mr. Wibicki is active in the Defense Research Institute (“DRI”) and the Claims Litigation Management (“CLM”), and was a past board member of the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers (“LVDL”).
