Eric W. Cha was admitted to the California Bar in 2020 after graduating from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, Mr. Cha worked as an extern for the Business Litigation section of the California Department of Justice. After graduating from law school, Mr. Cha gained invaluable experience as a trust and estate attorney practicing in the areas of trust and estate litigation, trust and estate administration, and estate planning. Since joining Wright, Finlay & Zak in 2025, Mr. Cha focuses his practice primarily on litigation and representation involving mortgage banking, loan servicing, lender and servicer liability defense, wrongful foreclosure defense, and title disputes, as well as advising lenders during the loan origination process.
