Kaelee M. Gifford has been an associate attorney at Wright, Finlay & Zak since 2015. Mrs. Gifford earned her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California. While in law school, Mrs. Gifford was a recipient of the CALI award for academic excellence in the area of Television Law, and was a member of the Federalist Society and the Big Sibling Program. Prior to law school, Mrs. Gifford received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and was an active member of the Mock Trial team. Mrs. Gifford is also a volunteer with the Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation.

Since joining WFZ, Mrs. Gifford has litigated numerous real estate cases involving lender and servicer liability, the Homeowner’s Bill of Rights, title disputes, wrongful foreclosure and predatory lending. Mrs. Gifford is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in California, in addition to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
