Nichole L. Glowin was admitted to the California Bar in 2009 and has been with Wright, Finlay & Zak since 2009. While in law school, Ms. Glowin won several CALI awards for academic excellence in the areas of Community Property and Elder Law and was an active member in Phi Delta Phi, the Republican Club, and the Animal and Entertainment Law Societies. Prior to joining, Wright, Finlay & Zak, Ms. Glowin worked at Hershorin & Henry, LLP, specializing in title insurance litigation and interpleader matters. Ms. Glowin currently focuses on bankruptcy law and acts as Wright, Finlay & Zak’s Managing Bankruptcy Attorney. She specializes in all areas of bankruptcy law including Chapter 11, 13 and 7 matters, adversary litigation, relief from stay matters, proofs of claim, plan objections and all other substantive bankruptcy motions. Ms. Glowin is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts, including all U.S. Bankruptcy Districts, in California and Nevada.
