Wesley M. Cox was born and raised in Auburn, California. While in law school, Mr. Cox externed at the United States District Court, District of Arizona and the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division Two. Prior to joining Wright, Finlay & Zak in November 2020, Mr. Cox represented clients on cases in disputes of more than ten million dollars involving master planned communities, private homes, apartment complexes, and other construction defect claims. His prior litigation experience also includes insurance claims and uncontested adoptions. At Wright, Finlay & Zak, Mr. Cox focuses his practice on real estate and consumer litigation, lender and servicer liability defense, foreclosure, fair debt collection practices defense, title disputes and wrongful foreclosure defense. Mr. Cox is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Arizona and New Mexico.
